Zoo rules for visitors:

• do not to feed, disturb or irritate exhibited animals;
• do not entry beyond barriers near exhibits;
• do not lean against the mesh and fences of enclosures with animals, do not stretch your arms and legs through the mesh;
• do not to touch and do not try to stroke the exhibited animals;
• do not move near any objects (smartphones, cameras, tripods, selfie sticks, etc.) to the mesh and fences of enclosures with animals;
• do not to throw any objects into the animal enclosures;
• take photographs and visual records without tripods and flash;
• do not walk on lawns, do not break branches of vegetation for feeding animals;
• do not let the children go from you, ensure that they follow the zoo rules. For a children safety is responsible their attendant;
• do not move gardening equipment: benches, sofas, chaise lounges, chairs, etc.
• do not to enter areas outside the pathways for visitors and other areas restricted to the public;
• no domestic animals are allowed
• scooters, bicycles, motor bikes, roller-skates, skateboards, segways, gyroscooters, solowheels and others are not allowed on Zoo premises except for baby stroller and vehicles for persons with disabilities;
• do not to move around in the zoo under the influence of alcohol or any other intoxicants;
• smoking is prohibited in the area of the zoo. Use of electronic cigarettes is prohibited in all internal areas of the zoo (such places are marked accordingly).

Entrance to zoo is possible only with a valid ticket. Re-entry to the Zoo is not allowed. Please keep your ticket until the end of the visit
Please note, there is no provision for left luggage.
Entrance of children under 14 years is allowed only with an adult person.
Zoo is not responsible for any loss or injury of visitors, which originated in connection with violation of zoo rules.
If a visitor commits a serious breach of the zoo rules, the Zoo reserves the right to ask him or her to leave the grounds of the Zoo.
